SHIPPING + RETURNS

Typically it may take 3-6 business days for most orders to be shipped. Currently, we are not offering expedited shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding during this time.

For preordered titles, they will be shipped within 2-3 business days of their release date, which is indicated in your cart. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Please note that orders are processed during our normal business hours of 9am to 4pm EST Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Return + Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business we do not currently allow returns or our refunds except in the event of a lost or damaged order. On occasion if there is an issue an in store credit can be processed and this is at our discretion.
